Maurer Magnetic AG (company of share holders) produces traditional magnetizing systems, equipped with different service capacities for own requirements. In the field of magnetizing, Maurer Magnetic AG has the experience of many years at its disposal. The following companies have been supplied with relevant systems: IBM USA, SMH Biel, as well as Weidmann Rapperswil. All these examples are customized systems which have been exclusively produced for the relevant purpose.
Currently, a magnetizer for small magnets, equipped with an integrated checking system (optional) is commercially available.

The future-oriented and patented magnetizing system MagnaX ® operates with an extremely high field density. The new technology magnetizes all magnetic materials. Even the extremely strong neodymium can be handled without any problems. The system has been developed to magnetize mounted, non-magnetic magnets of rotors for electric machines, in particular, for hybrid-motors of vehicles. Daimler and Volkswagen are examples of companies which have already been supplied with the system.

The magnetizing system MagnaX ® is characterized by a high pulse train with power feedback.
Because the heating up of the coil is very slight during the process,
MagnaX ® is highly suitable for the magnetizing of industrial scale series.
